90 George, Luxury Condominiums in Ottawa.
A project by Canril Corporation
Rumor has it that the latest plans for the expansion of the Rideau Centre are progressing at full speed. The extension will stretch from the existing building to Nicholas Street, integrating the Ogilvie Building at the corner of Rideau and Nicholas St. Two additional levels of underground parking will be provided. The roof gardens will be extended to cover the entire new section.
We hear from reliable sources that the heritage Ogilvie Building will be demolished above the 3rd story but will retain it's street appeal. This new corner of the Rideau Centre will be known as "The Luxury Corner". They are negotiating with stores like Macy's, Tiffany's, Holt Renfrew, William-Sonoma and others like it.
Great news for the residents on the South side of 90 George and the further development of Downtown Rideau!
